How much does an analytics and tracking project cost?

It depends on what you actually need: a clean GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup is very different from full server-side tracking, dashboards, and a CRO program. We look at your current setup, your tools, and your goals first, then give you a clear quote with no surprises. The initial analysis and quote are always free, so you can see a real number before committing to anything.

My current data is a mess and I'm not sure I can trust it. Can you fix that?

Yes, and honestly that's the most common starting point. We start with a data audit: we go through your existing tracking, find what's broken, duplicated, or missing, and rebuild it so the numbers you see actually reflect reality. Reliable data has to come before any optimization, so that's always where we begin.

Does this make sense for my business, or is it only for big e-commerce?

It works for e-commerce, but also for any business that wants to know where its budget is really going. If you're running ads, generating leads, or selling online and can't clearly see what's working, proper tracking and reporting will give you a much clearer picture to act on. During the free analysis we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing for your specific case.

What do you actually need from me to get started?

Mainly access to your accounts: your website, GA4, Google Tag Manager, your ad platforms, and any tools you already use. A short conversation about your goals and the decisions you want the data to support also helps a lot. From there we handle the technical work, and you stay involved as much or as little as you prefer.

Once the project is done, do the dashboards and tracking setup stay with me?

Yes. The tracking configuration, dashboards, reports, and any code we build are yours and stay in your own accounts. We set everything up so you keep full ownership and control, with nothing locked behind us. If you'd like, we can also walk your team through it so you can read and use the data on your own.
